My favorite acrylic yarn is Patons Canadiana. It is so versatile. It makes wonderful blankets as well as hats and scarves.

My next favorite is Bernat Softee Cotton. It is excellent for all things baby. You find the pastel colorways under the brand name Bernat Softee Baby Cotton. It is the same yarn, the bolder colors are in the Softee Cotton line.

A recent favorite is Red Heart Better Half. I haven’t made many projects with it yet, but more are coming! It’s great for blankets and hats and scarves.
Red Heart Better Half also makes really great cotton blend hats. This is the shell stitch hat.
We also used Red Heart Better Half for the Merry and Bright Scarf.
