Hello friends!
As Yarnspirations Stitch Ambassadors, we are happy to let you know about new products that come onto the market. And, today, the newest product is Bernat Quickweave! If you would like to take a small break from crochet, or have a friend that loves needlework, these kits are so fun! They also make great gifts for kids aged 10 or older. I can see some of my nieces loving this little kit.
They can weave a whole scarf with the printed grid and have a fabulous gift to give!
So what is it? It’s an entire kit, with yarn, needle, and fabric grid that shows you how to weave a plaid, or striped scarf, or you can go freestyle and make any pattern that you would like.
Here’s the description from the website:Introducing the Bernat Quickweave Scarf Weaving Kit, designed to bring the art of weaving within everyone’s reach. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, this kit offers an immersive and fulfilling experience. In just under 4 hours, you’ll transform a selection of premium yarns into a stunning scarf that’s as unique as you are! Crafted with simplicity in mind, our kit includes everything you need to make your own beautiful scarf: a simple grid, an assortment of vibrant yarns, a weaving needle, and step-by-step instructions. No prior weaving experience is required – our easy-to-follow guide will walk you through each stage of the process, from starting your project to adding the finishing touches. Beyond the satisfaction of creating something beautiful with your own hands, weaving offers a therapeutic escape from the stresses of daily life. Immerse yourself in the rhythmic motion of the loom, and watch as your creation takes shape before your eyes.
I can’t wait to give the kit they sent me a try! (Also I’m going to give one to my sister Cyndi, since she loves to weave and even has introduced a little bit of weaving into some of her crochet projects.)
The Bernat Quickweave kits make it even more simple to make a woven scarf as the grid is provided.
