Sherry Leybovich is the Event Planner for this event. She will be reaching out to each registered guest personally to confirm event details such as, allergy information, room upgrades, booking flights for you if needed, adding extra days onto your reservation etc. However, it will take a bit of time to get back to you, if you receive the automatic confirmation, you are registered for the event.

Hello friends!
Come and join us on our first-ever Daisy Farm Crafts Retreat May 1-4, 2025! We are heading to Wickenburg, Arizona for a fun few days at the Rancho de Los Caballeros Resort and Spa.
We will be excited to welcome you to the ranch beginning Thursday night, May 1st, with an opening night dinner and meet-the-team reception. You will meet me, Tiffany, and my daughters who help run Daisy Farm Crafts, also Cyndi, my sister aka Sugar Joye!
We will start the day with a breakfast buffet by the pool each morning. From there you can choose one activity or simply chat and crochet with us and other retreat participants. There are lots of beautiful spots around the resort to sit and relax.
Activities to choose from include a round of golf, horseback riding, and so much more. We will have a member of the DFC team participate in each activity with you so you don’t have to worry if you are coming on your own.
Friday night will be dinner in the desert with a hay ride out to a catered bbq. Saturday we will have an outdoor dinner reception on the lawn.
Each guest has the option to book a Casita as a single or double if you are coming with a friend or spouse. We also are including transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the ranch so no worries on renting a car, unless you want to.
Sherry, the event planner from Cruise Planners, came on the Crochet Sister Chat Show and answered all the questions for us and shared photos of the venue. If you have time to watch, it’s just the first 20 minutes or so.

How do you sign up? A secure booking link has been created for each guest(s) to complete their registration through Sherry’s website, cruise planners. This link will go live on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 10 a.m. MST. You will come back to this post and we will have the live link at the top of this page.
Is there a deposit? A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of the reservation. Travel insurance is highly recommended. If someone cancels, and if their spot can be resold, then a refund of the deposit will be returned.
Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed, however registered service animals are permitted.
Are children allowed? No, this event is meant for adults to come together and relax.
What kind of activities are available? Golf, Horseback riding, archery, skeet shooting, axe/knife throwing, e-bike, nature walks
What kind of crochet classes will be available? No classes will be held, we are in the planning stage of coming up with beginner-friendly to intermediate projects that can be made for charity. The retreat is meant for you to bring crochet you are working on and get to know the girls from Daisy Farm Crafts.
How many people are going to be able to sign up? We currently have space for 50 guests
How do we get from the airport to the hotel? The resort offers an airport shuttle.
What is the itinerary? Dates of the event are May 1-4, 2025. Guests can add on additional pre or post-nights for an added expense, please reach out to Sherry if you’d like to add nights to your reservation.
Is food included? How many drinks? Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is included. Snacks are not. Soft drinks are complimentary. 2 adult beverages are included with dinner each day.
Can people come to the event but stay in their own lodging? Unfortunately no. We have booked a set of rooms and we are obligated to the resort to fill the rooms.
How much does it cost and what does it include?
$2500 for a single room. There are options below if you’d like to upgrade the room.
If you are coming with a friend or a spouse and want to share the room it’s $1900 per person.
If you are coming alone, you will be in a single room. The only option to share a room is if you are bringing the friend or spouse. We are not pairing people together.
Pricing is for your room, all taxes, and gratuities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included daily. Plus, 1 complimentary activity per day.
You have an option to upgrade your room at the rates below:
Eventos Room – $75 per person
Sunset Room – $150 per person
Bradshaw Room -$225 per person
Maricopa Suite – $375 per person
I am so excited to announce this retreat and have an opportunity to meet some of you who have become so dear to my heart through our shared love of crochet. My hope is to be able to sit and crochet with each of you throughout our time at the ranch.
My sister Cyndi and I will be planning a fabulous swag bag that you will be able to take home with you as well as other yarn goodies. This is a time for you to relax, come to Arizona and have a few days of fun with us.
I know for sure that one of my activities I want to choose is a round of golf. As many of you know, my youngest daughter Annie is in training to become a PGA golf instructor, so she will be doing golf both days and you can book to go with her.
There are options to also just lay by the pool if you choose too. Lots of sitting, relaxing, and crochet.
Temperatures in Arizona are usually in the upper 80’s to low 90’s that time of year, but the mornings and evenings are cool and just beautiful.

Oh the spa! I forgot to mention that there is a spa, those charges are extra and added to your room if you choose to do any of those treatments.
But the other activities of horseback riding, e-bike, golf, archery, etc are included in the price of one activity per day.
