Baby Nora loves the little Desert Blush Field of Daisies Blanket! It’s really a car seat size blanket so she can take it with her in the car and have a little cover if she needs it.
I loved making the little flower squares for it..and you’ve seen these before if you’ve been following us along. These squares are from a Yarnspirations pattern called Field of Daisies. I made Kate a shrug and Nora a little dress with these same squares a few months back.
And now I’m so thrilled that I was able to make them into a little blanket to coordinate with our special curated Desert Blush Bernat Softee Cotton box of yarn.
Yarnspirations pulled Blush, the peach color, out of retirement for this special promotion. There is a limited supply so if you are interested and love Softee Cotton as much as us, you’ll want to grab this box, maybe two lol!
Since I added my own border onto this version of the Field of Daisies blanket, I thought I’d share another Youtube tutorial for you and show you what I did.
The pattern for the flower you’ll still want to download from Yarnspirations, but the way I joined the squares and the border will be in the printed pdf below as well as the linked Youtube tutorial.
