Hello! This is a delicious and easy recipe for ginger snaps. Scroll down for a free printable recipe.
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Mix butter, sugar, & egg until creamy. Add in rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Roll into 1 inch balls & roll in sugar until well coated. Bake 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
