Hello! This is a quick and easy recipe for Cowboy Cookies. They are just like chocolate chip cookies but with more sweetness! Scroll down for a free printable recipe. 

Ingredients 

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups oatmeal

1 cup sweetened coconut

1 cup chocolate chips

Directions 

Mix butter, sugars, eggs, & vanilla until smooth. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Mix until well blended. Then add oats, coconut, and chocolate chips. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
