1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Combine brown sugar, butter, water, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat eggs into creamed mixture. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
