Valentine’s Day will be here before we know it and so we combed the Yarnspirations website for every pattern we could find with a Valentine’s Day theme.
We were surprised at how many they have accumulated through the years. I love looking through the vintage patterns as well. When Red Heart Yarn came under the umbrella of Yarnspirations, the whole catalog of patterns came along too.
When looking through patterns, I often try to imagine what the project might look like using newer, modern yarns like Bernat Velvet or Bernat Forever Fleece. That helps to bring an older pattern current.
I want to try several of the heart patterns and see if I can spark more creativity. As always, the list is easy to scroll through, just tap on the box with the word “pattern” and you’ll be taken to the Yarnspirations website where you will fine the free downloadable pdf.
