Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn Roundup

Bernat Baby Blanket yarn has been a staple in my yarn collection for many years. Whenever I need a last-minute baby shower gift, Blanket yarn comes through in a pinch.

It is so soft and squishy and works up so fast with an 8 or 9 mm hook. We have made many baby playmats with blanket yarn that are still used for extra cushion in a pack-and-play.

My next project I hope to get underway is a Fourth of July Parade Blanket for my grandkids. Baby Blanket yarn washes up very well and is sturdy so I’m not going to mind having my parade blanket draped across a sidewalk.

Another good thing about Bernat Baby Blanket yarn is that it is the same weight as Bernat Blanket yarn. So if there is a shade you need that is not available in the Baby line, check the regular Blanket line.
